Anybody here have a good corn fritters recipe?
We had a bunch of home-made cream corn leftover from Christmas dinners. We decided to make corn fritters. Just added egg and flour. She used a metal Pampered Chef fruit ball scooper to measure out and drop fritters into hot oil. They were great! The only problem we had was fluctuating oil temps. We had an assembly line going and probably let the oil get cool after cooking a bunch in a row. The best tasting ones weren't in the oil but a matter of seconds. |
