Sickening. The GOP owes so much to conservatives and the Tea Party. And they have essentially ousted them. They don't call it the Stupid Party for nothing. Doing this prompts a civil war on the right. It's insane. |

Republican Party hates Conservatives. They only try to trot them out when it helps them get elected then they sell them out.
I absolutely loathe the current masters in the Republican Party. I want Boehner gone, the Bushes gone, Karl Rove gone. These knuckleheads should be embracing the tea party but they reject it. They won't be able to reject it as tea party types gain more and more Republican seats. I'm not excited about Romney but I sincerely hope that it sets up a Paul Ryan ticket in the future with a good sized block of conservative members in Congress that can start downsizing the Federal government. |

Paulbots...sheesh.. Heard one on Red Eye Radio the other night. He started off by making Paul-style libertarian arguments then when Eric Harley (pretty much a libertarian himself) started questioning some of his loonier ideas, and pointing out that the primary goal is to oust Obama, the whack-job Paulbot went into overdrive: Admitting he was a Paulbot, he went off on the usual riff that Bush and the other usual suspects are really responsible for the 9/11 attacks and the collapse of the Twin Towers, not the Islamic terrorists. Harley went off on the crazy fuck and 86'd him.  |

Obama is going to win in November and the GOP and their boot-lickers are to blame for it. Naturally, they'll blame those of us who don't follow the party or dare have any legitimate criticisms.
When Obama takes his second term, I will let all the "lesser of two evil" voters and GOP apologists know it. They'll blame me but my prediction will be right and I'll have the "I told you so". I see most didn't watch the video and are going on about Ron Paul. I swear that I hear more about Ron Paul from left-leaning Republicans than I do from his supporters. |
| Both parties are corrupt, and neither party has the interest of the general public in mind. With that said, AT THIS POINT, voting third party is tantamount to not voting at all. Until an effective solution to breaking the two party oligarchy is found, which I have no idea what it is, then we must stick with the "supposed" lesser of two evils, the Republicans. |
