However, a regular auto sear (as in a M16 FCG) is not - to my knowledge - considered a MG, but rather it functions in a RR, which is the actual MG. If you own a semi AR (and no RR's) and have a complete M16 FCG with auto sear, the BATFE might claim "constructive possession" since you would only need minor alterations to the lower to convert it to use your auto FCG. |
