This one was from Jonathan Creek,a British tv show about a crime solving magician. Basically drug deal gone bad, guy gets shot and thrown in the basement, deffinately dead. Other guys lock the door and push a bookcase infront of it. They come back weeks later and find the body at the top of the stairs. Turns out the place had flooded and the body have floated up and been left at the top when everything dried out. |

Well, no pic, but I have a friend who was in Gettysburg about twenty years ago at the site of the battle. He swears that a skinny, dirty confederate soldier who was barefooted walked past him near the Little Roundtop area and the soldier said to him, in a deep southern accent, "mighty hot day" and then vanished right before his eyes.
Now this guy is not a big bullshitter or druggie. He's also a vet. I don't know what to think of this. I did a little research and the weather during the battle at Gettysburg was, indeed, a period of very hot weather. That's about all I can say about this. I have had people claim to see a ghost but I never heard of one talking to a live person. I would immediately call bullshit if I didn't know this guy. |
