I know that superior Arms does this. You can request a custom serial number/engraving/etc. from them.

I did a custom order with Superior Arms and it turned out great. It was for 85 complete M4's with custom lowers. A group buy for my unit in Iraq
Terry @ Superior Arms told me that they were no longer doing one off custom orders...

Turned out nice
