Still learning my new gas grill.  Even on top rack, at medium heat, I wandered away too long and bured mah damned chikken wingz!

Always low heat.  Always.    Slower cooking and more time for beer.

Oh and in before the Charcoal>Gas crowd.

I have been grilling a lot lately too.  Between 200-300 seems to work pretty well.  I constantly walk off to take care of other things and have plenty of time to let them sit on the gas grill.  Have fun!!

I flip everything - every 5 mins. Pretty hard to burn anything that way. We have a battery powered clock on the deck.

Hang out by the grill with a beer and enjoy!

IN , and screw the charcoal only crowd. I cook on both, still burn food on both, and love to cook on both. No preference here. Thursday night I cooked 4 Blue Hake fillets and 4 Fresh Caught Rainbow Trout perfectley. I also ruined 2 Blue Hake fillets and1 Fresh Caught rainbow Trout because i was not paying attention. Left the grill burning all night TOO. Wife found it in the AM when she let the dog out and heard the grill whistling.OOPS. Gas or charcoal, makes no difference.

Low & indirect heat for chicken.  Also, give the cooking your attention, don't wander off.

Yup.  That's the one I use.  Awesome app.  Although, iStrobeSoft is the best tuner I have found.  Scary accurate.

Well, I am an optimist, and carefully screen willy-nilly sky is falling scenarios with extreme scrutiny.

That being said, one cannot ignore cooking and the EAT nightmare scenario just scant days away
