DA Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting

Erie police responded, they surrounded the home, and police say one of the suspects jumped from a first-floor window and confronted the officer. The two reportedly struggled, and police say the officer was forced to shoot the suspect." 16 year old Ricardo Burgos, and 22 year old Jose Torres III, are facing several charges, including robbery, burglary and assault. They've reportedly confessed to conspiring and robbing the home. According to the criminal complaint, at least a rifle and handgun were used, and pointed at suspects." |
