I know off topic but they had boxes of steel cased nickel or zinc coated 9MM from Brazil for 12.99. That’s not a bad deal if you don’t mind shooting steel after this sale is gone.

All Academy stores in Jacksonville, FL are sold out. I got word that Shreveport, LA has a nice stock. A gentleman earlier posted that Dallas, TX and the surrounding areas are still in stock. Get it while you can fellas, this might be a salad day with romaine lettuce ??.

With shipping and tax, it was within a few tenths of a cent of my reloads, and I don't factor in brass on the reloads. It was hard to pass this deal up. With the current outrageous prices for primers, and much higher prices for powder, from a cost perspective it doesn't make much sense to reload 9mm. That said, I do load 124 grain bullets in a load for basically the same price that I think is better than most 115 grain 9mm. I'm just not sure it's worth the time when I don't need better. |
