Have any of you made a work bench/tool cabinet using strut channel. I can get it for little over the price of steel. I'm thinking something that approximate this but with cabinet doors instead of drawers. Using back to back strut channel for the rear uprights and the regular stuff for the rest of the framing. Then covering it with sheet. I would build 2 of them. Roughly 10'L x 30"D x 8'H, sitting on casters. |

With the price of premade tool storage at places like Harbor Freight, I would be surprised if you could build it cheaper. But, it’s still awesome to see what people come up with! |
