I found this from a site selling the clips

That looks like 1.5" wide straps, with vertical stitching 2" apart. The straps appear to be 1.5" apart. Is this standard MOLLE spacing?

If so, what's stopping me from just putting MOLLE straps on everything I use in the field?? Like my field jacket, etc... ?

Nothing at all. Its not too hard to do, I know one guy in the SF did. I think Tactical Tailor will Molle stich up your shit too.

its 1" webbing with 1" spacing on my tactical tailor assault pack, not sure on my RACK system however, I dont take that to work with me. but I'd wager that it is similar

THeRedHorseman: You know, you're right. 1.5" is too wide for those straps.

So it's 1" straps with 1" spacing between each strap. It appears to be 1.25" between the vertical stitchings for the "channels", is that right?
