I've never worked shifts so I need to know

If you work third shift when DST starts to you get pay for the missing hour or do you get pay for only 7 hours of work?

Different company's have different ideas. In this economy I would guess you will get paid for 7 hours.

we come in an hour before shift or stay an hour after.
