I check out the MMM forum every so often, it's like DU for financial independence types. Lots of folks there worried that they'll loose their ACA insurance and have to go back to work to pay for insurance. .

CNN MSNBC reporters the last two weeks trying to put fear into the voting base. Openly stating on air that they would be pulled off the set,
arrested, jailed never to be seen again. This is not someting I heard or read, I watched it myself. So. That being said, the reeducation camps will begin February 2, 2025. The first to go are liberal commentators, then the set of the vVew followed by Hollywood elite, Michael Moore. WOW someone over there actually figured it out....
We got our asses kicked and all I see are excuses. Many of the posts here are simply regurgitating accusations made before the election. WE LOST VOTES THAT WERE RELIABLY DEMOCRATIC! We need to figure out why and adjust, not just continue with the sophmoric name-calling. That tactic is something only used when one can't make a cogent argument. Where is the introspection? Do you expect the electorate to vote according to the views held my most posters here? Like it or not, we can't expect that to happen. Joe called much of the electorate "garbage" right before the election. That wasn't helpful. He said the quiet part out loud, but Harris was campaigning to be President of all Americans. Also, stop with the 'Misogyny!!!, the 'Russia!!!, etc. Why didn't Russia intervene when Joe won? Use common sense. Our party must adjust to meet the desires of the electorate. To do otherwise would be party suicide. Just my opinion. Of coarse it was followed up by everybody berating him and defending Joe and Hoe. Which further proves his point... they are their own worst enemies. huh sort of reminds me of this place some days. |

It is like watching a comedy like "Dumb and Dumber"
It's about shoving it down their throats We all know the next years will be hell and will get worse, much worse. I think we don't even fathom just how horrible it will be nor do we know for how long it will be horrible. The only consolation I have is that the goddam MAGAts will be suffering along with us, many of them will be suffering much worse, especially those in the lower income brackets who will be destroyed by rising prices for everything -- food, fuel, housing, you name it. So -- my advice to everyone is to keep your eyes on the MAGAts around you and those in your family. When they start pissing and moaning about the price of everything going up, when they lose their jobs because of a Trump policy, remind them that Trump is President, that Trump's policies are to blame, give them examples -- tariffs come to mind -- and tell them "IT'S YOUR OWN GODDAM FAULT, YOU IGNORANT ASSHOLE!! YOU VOTED FOR HIM, I TRIED TO TELL YOU, YOU REFUSED TO LISTEN, NOW GO FUCK YOURSELF!!" I have some family members already in mind who are the first on my shitlist. And, no, I have no more milk of human kindness and no more Christian charity. |
