Anyone do day trading?
I'm trying to weigh options of platforms to use and just wanted to see what you guys are using or have been using. I am mainly looking into low price/penny stocks (obviously because I don't have a pile of cash to toss around). I don't want to be spending an arm and a leg on fees for day trading. I have also messed around with NADEX placing day, week and 60 second, 20 minute binary trades and had some fun on the demo but now its done turned my $25,000 into just over $28,000 in the trial period (3-4weeks). I am also a patient man, I don't NEED the short term binary trades like on Nadex but if I feel confident in a candle stick going up or down maybe I can throw a 20-30% of my cash into it and do 1-20 trades a month. |

This pretty much. I won 2 college level national stock trading competitions while i was still in highschool taking college econ classes and was trading with over 150k by the time i was 19. I never could make money consistently enough to justify the stress. 9 percent is what i averaged by the time i got out when i was 23. There are a hell of a lot easier and less risky ways to make 9 percent. Most cant even break even. If you want to do it pick a site, i used ameritrade, and go hog wild. Dont play with the rent and grocery money, only the booze and hooker money. You can always go without booze and hookers for a month but your wife will be pissed if you cant cover food and rent. |
