Dear ARFCOM, This is mo-joe. I was an active participant in the original Jefferson Memorial Arrest thread and I started the follow-up thread. www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=699797&page=1 www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=700106&page=1 I'm using a very good friend of mine's account because my account was *locked* for *no* reason and with *no* explanation. I sent an email to [email protected] hours ago but I never received a response. As a result, I am using a good friend of mine's account. So thanks to frodo for risking HIS account getting locked. Old_Painless and I had very different views and our exchanges got quite heated in the original thread. I believe that the mods locked my account because they think I am the one who called O_P. I want to say that for the record that I did not call O_P, nor do I know who did. I had nothing to do with the phone call made to O_P. I have no idea who made the call. I am not even in the same country as O_P. I'm currently in Europe. I think it's very unfair that the mods have locked my account, considering I've been a visitor and occasional poster to this website for about seven years. I did not violate the CoC. My posts have always been CoC compliant. But that's all moot, because I honestly think they locked me because they suspect I was the caller. I just want to say for the record that I had absolutely nothing to do with such nonsense. Lastly I want to respond to O_P's post, which is what I was trying to do before I realized I was banned.
O_P, apology accepted. I was very offended by the "rubber bullet" comment from the previous thread, solely because of the injustice of what had occurred to the 'fat, liberal, lawyer lady." I was also deeply offended by several members' support of the memorial dancer's arrest. I absolutely hate to see injustice inflicted upon anyone, regardless of who they are. We have laws, but justice is higher than law. And it all boils down to this one statement: "There is no reason to get all personal and hate someone because they disagree with you." That is the truth. I may disagree with you on some issues, but I'll fight to the death to defend your right to say it. Over and out, Mo-joe |
I only followed that thread about halfway through to where it started to go bonkers, But getting banninated and coming back on someone elses screename to cry about it is a surefire way to entertain me so I applaud this thread and everything to follow. |

I posted this in the other thread as well: You should contact Site Staff (like 82ndAbn) about your account. The deal with your account is a relatively unrelated issue that came up when Staff were trying to untangle this entire mess. You are not actually banned from the site, it's more of a technical issue. |
