I liked Warehouse 13. You shouldn't have canceled it, even if it was campy, cheesy, and not quite as good as Eureka. |

Fuck the Syfylis channel.
Back when they were SciFi, Joss Whedon pitched Firefly for them to pick it up after cancellation. Part of their reasoning to turn him down was that they were moving away from space shows. 
That was around the time they killed Farscape, too.

I liked all of Stargate in general, I have all of the DVDs including SGA, but to me without a doubt SGA was the bottom of the barrel. |

I bailed on W13 after the second season, mainly because I was too busy to watch. Will probably end up catching up on it soon. Eureka was a great show but it jumped the shark when they traveled back in time and I bailed on it then. Not sure I'll ever catch up on that. |

I watched the end of last season and have been waiting but have not seen anything.

The problem is the people running things always want higher ratings and seem to think they need to attract a wider range of viewers. They don't seem to understand the concept of catering to a niche market. They would rather become one of the droves of other formulaic, same-old-tired-shit, trendy networks competing for market share from the larger pool of flaky, "ooh look, American Idol is on!" masses instead of a smaller, more loyal pool of niche fans.

SGA season 1 was a let down compared to SG-1, however, it did get better as the seasons went on, I hated Robert Picardo's character in SG-1, but when he was brought on to SGA I started liking him. Then they killed it. SGU had potential but the entire first season was full of fail. They decided that 10 (5 with Showtime, 5 with Scifi) years of success with SG-1 wasn't the way to go, lets make SG-90210. SGU got better in its second season, then they killed it. Now they are wrestling and B movies that are so terrible I'd rather listen to King Barackus the First speak, than watch them. |
