| With Obama and Romney prepping for the debate tomorrow, what are your predictions and expectations? I expect Obama to be much more vocal and condescending to Romney, including personal attacks as have been reported. I also expect Obummer to make a valiant attempt at patting himself on the back as many times as possible (i.e. Bin Laden, skewed jobs #s, etc). As far as Romney, I'm expecting/hoping for pretty much the same result as debate #1. |

There is the real possibility that Obama simply cannot compete against Romney in a debate or in any public discourse. It's not that he took the last one too lightly, or whatever excuse the left has given. It may be that he's simply outmatched, and there's nothing he can do about it in the next debate.
Without his MSM cloak and teleprompters, he cannot stand on his own in such a big arena. I think Romney will win. Obama will be more aggressive, but I believe he'll be outmatched, again. |
I think Obama will adopt Biden's strategy more or less. I also think the Romney camp knows this. According to the UK Mail, Obama is "preparing" at a golf resort in Virginia, so it doesn't look like he is taking his preparation for this debate any more seriously than he has taken anything else associated with the job. I expect to see Obama firing off lots of one-liners in hopes of scoring a "There you go again..." moment to reverse the momentum away from Romney. Don't think he'll make that shot though. Unless his preparation is a lot better than it looks though, Obama is going to be in a world of hurt if either the moderator ( ) or Romney call him out on his statements - if that happens I expect to see the Obama from the first debate - bluster and filibuster and then pretend you answered the question.
Obama should be worried. Romney is hungry and smells blood in the water - and he is so far inside Obama's head I wouldn't be suprised if Obama's face flipped open and there was a tiny Romney inside there driving him like a car. |

If I had the photoshoopin' skills, I'd make a animated gif of that right about now. Just take one part zero, two parts Romney and one part Men in Black, and mix it all up. |

Jimmah Carter was desperate in his debate against Reagan. I remember Jimmah rambling on about Reagan like a schoolroom tattletale saying: "when Governor Reagan did blah, blah, blah as a governor of California... ". After a few times, Reagan nailed Jimmah with "there you go again..." |
