The 2nd Lt. Notagn of the 23rd Maint crew promised flight ops that the runway would be ready at 15:00:00. Ops scheduled the first takeoff at 15:00:15....... Either someone was ahead of sched or behind.. [:)]

If I were sitting on top of that truck, I'd be just then tiniest bit concerned about clearance!
