This has nothing to do with no beans vs beans ( the answer is no beans! )
Define Chili. The Arfcom definition. I make a pulled pork chili that meets the definition that I know. Chili peppers and meat. Apparently there is some distorted view that Chili has to be a particular concotion of some sort that is outside the rules of Chili cookoffs and the like. So now the question is what makes Chili to the hive of Arf? |

Now I know the real definition but I need to know what qualifies here on ARF.
I have seen a gazillion threads on Chili and everybody and their brother pipes up that it's not chili. I see it's sphagetti sauce or soup or sphagetti sauce soup or whatever. I'm just wondering what the self appointed "experts" here define it as. |
