Yes....laugh your ass off....get it out of your system..... i need help with a game from 1999. lol...

Ok...so here's the deal. I'm in the sandbox. We can't install new games on the computers. not really supposed to have any on the computers. but there are a few smaller and older ones that don't suck resources that they kind of look the other way on. One of those is Delta force 2. Problem is, the mouse works great in the menus. But once the game starts, everything is keyboard controlled. I can shoot by clicking the mouse. But to turn my head i have to use the keyboard. Doesn't appear to be an option to use the mouse for POV. Am i missing something? Is there any way to enable looking around by using the mouse?

I've searched google, and all the pages that would have my answer are blocked.

(i still can't beleive i'm asking for help with a game that's  8 years old.)

Should be in "options". Look harder.

Choose the default settings under the keyboard controls menu for the character.

There is no "options" menu. There is, however, a "settings" menu.

Settings:

Mouse sensitivity
flip mouse
scope sensitivity

Driver
Resolution
Turbo

SFX Volume
Music Volume
Dialoge volume

And that's it. unless there's another option menu i'm missing somewhere.

Under "keyboard mappings"? I've tried default. it lets me set "scope" and "fire" with mouse buttons. I'd really like to be able to look around using the mouse though. I wonder if there's another menu somewhere that's missing.

Yeah.... it's got me puzzled.

On the plus side, we found Hitman2 hiding out on the network. That'll keep me busy for a bit.

Ahhh good old Delta Force 2. The game where I earned the call sign"1500 meter sniper" . Making headshot at 800+ meters was pretty kick ass too.

It's a shame there have not been any new games released with the weapon "physics" like the Delta Force Series.

Doesn't have anything like "mouse look" for a setting option?

Nothing im finding anywhere. I wonder if maybe this is a demo version, or something. I don't know. Thoroughly got me confused. Oh well...
