It's a super secret new design that allows you to keep reloading as you shoot, so you never have to change mags. Only super-secret Delta Operators have them. He'll probably be shot for allowing it to be shown on the internet.

You think that is bad? I had a loader on my tank that tried to put the belt of 7.62 into my coax machinegun backwards. Not upside-down but backwards. I had to stop and explain to him that the pointy side is supposed to go towards the bad guys.
