Has anyone made an order from Dillon lately? Any delays or problems with it?

Last month, I made an order; A week later, part of it shows up, and there's a note saying the other portion was going to be "shipped in separate package." OK - A few weeks go by and I don't hear anything. I finally get in touch with them to find out its been backordered. Not a big problem, but a note or an e-mail would have been nice as I needed it for a 3 gun match. I had to go to "Plan B" for my match.

Now, I've got another order into them that I placed 3 weeks ago; I haven't heard the first thing about it. I guess I'll get in touch with them about this one also. I need to see if my CC has been charged. I know I got an order confirmation.

I'm just kind of wondering because only recently I've any kind of gripe whatsoever with them.

I haven't had to deal with them for a long time, but when I did they were ultra-great.

Hope this gets OK soon.

By the way, nice to see you back posting...it seems like it's been awhile.

I got an XL 650 at the end of last year with no issues (sold a friend my RL 550B).  Correction, they sent me an accessory pack for an RL550B with it, so that went with my old 550B to my friend and they sent me the right accessory pack.  Dillon FTW, now I need to save for a casefeed...

I just called them last Friday to get a replacement large primer cup for my RL550.
They asked me what I wanted, I told them, they put it in the mail this Monday and I received it today - no cost.
Dillon is fine by me!

just got a set of dies for my dads square deal, hes going to tech me to reload.  They got here in like 3 days i think.  Typical excellent dillon service.
