Duck!
Skewered and smoked over mesquite for 2 hrs, then roasted very slow and low for another 2 hrs, basted every 15 minutes. In b4 failure for no guns, drinks, or napkins. There was no time. I was hungry and the dogs were plotting my assassination if I didn't share. Eating this fucker with the utensils god gave us. I got the  for chasing the chihuahua with the head and neck.

ETA: When i used to cook professionally, we used to joke that you could cook a vegetarian's meal in duck fat, tell them afterwards, and they wouldn't be bothered. Because it was so fucking good. |
