Nice hot summer night in Missouri.  It's usually way more humid but we got dry heat now and all the firework shows have been cancelled because of high fire danger.

Two T-bones, one small ribeye for the daughter and a couple of petite beef shoulder tender roasts (that were amazingly delicious on the grill).

Marlin 1894 .44magnum, Glock 17 w/ TLR-1 and an ESEE-6

Glitter bites and kit kats for desert (damn those things are good )

Mossberg 930SPX

And to cap it off and settle all that food

It's better, but that's only maybe half an inch of cleavage.  And obstructed cleavage at that.
Not that I'm complaining.  I'm not ungrateful.  But since we're critiquing here...

Anyhow, good on the steaks and gear.  Everything is solid except for your desert.

Aside from the balls touching (, by the way), it just seems weird to unwrap and plate a Kit-Kat.

But you get a 10 on the well-known cow meat technicality.
Steak, whiskey, and a gun in one post = you get a 10, unless otherwise disqualified.  Caveat: Steak must be cooked medium or less.  Preferably less.

The shoulder tender roast looks good!  Never had it before.  About as tender as a filet?

The meat is excellent.

The guns are excellent.

Your sides are passable but there's a distinctive lack of color. I'm not much of a greens man myself but you can add color and variety to a plate you know.

Your adult beverage with the meal wasn't described but I'm guessing it's beer of some kind.

Your dessert is atrocious and fit for a 6 year old.

You get bonus points for being a family man and not using a gas grill.

Your digestif is sort of weird, I'm not into that whole southern comfort's bastard son with drambuie sort of vibe it has going on but I'm not going to bash a man for taking a solid hard liquor with a good cigar after a dinner.

Overall I give you 8,5/10

Those are bone-in strip steaks, not T-bones.

for the Canadian seasoning.

Beautiful photography, but I would have done everything differently, so I can only award 8/10 and say I'm pleased you enjoyed it, but I would not eat it.

Those are t-bones though.

You need a half inch of tenderloin on the other side of the bone to qualify.  Nothing wrong with a bone-in strip steak though––it's one of my favorites.
