Take it easy on me. It's my first Dinner Pic so let's see how I do.
Sorry for the paper napkin. It is one of them fancy Vanity Fare napkins if that counts for anything.
No stapler or other stupid stuff, just guns, alcohol and food.

Started with a nice 21oz. Ribeye.
Seasoned with the only two things a steak needs. Kosher Salt and Coarse Black Pepper.



My son bought me this IGrill Mini for Christmas. I thought I would try it out. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and has an app to setup your cook.
I chose Steak and Medium Rare which the IGrill said was 130 Degrees. It alerts you when your food is 10 degrees away then when it is ready.



Here is the finished product. I pulled at 127 instead of 130 as I was skeptical. The steak made it to 131 on the plate so probably a good idea.



Here it is cut. I think it's probably closer to Medium as it is more pink than red. Still, very nice. Might pull at 125 or so next time.



Here it is plated up with some twice baked potatoes. No need for rabbit food. Meat and potatoes for me.
Guns are Ruger LC9S Pro, CZ Scorpion EVO and Sig Sauer Nightmare 1911. The classic Old Timer Sharpfinger knife for good measure. (US made of course)
As you can see, I have no problem with 9mm or .45 - Get both!




The beer is Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. Not sure if it is available out of this region but pretty good stuff.

Love the fastback. Fits my hand perfectly.
The trigger breaks like glass and it's very accurate.
I like to shoot steel at 25 yards with it.
.45 ACP puts steel targets down with authority!
