Now the problem with living in Il is you cant get really really good ribs here. Ive located ever rib place in my area that is the best for Illinois ribs, but you cant get ribs this far north that are really worth a shit. The best ribs are slow cooked in the south. So if you want fresh good ribs, you gotta get them from the south! These ribs were flown in to my family by a friend who is a cooperate pilot. He flew some CEO's down to Rodgers Arkansas to deal with Walmart, while our pilot friend went out to get the best ribs he could find. These ribs and sauce were the result.

I think this is what heaven might be like.
