This probably won't appeal to 90 percent of the crowd here, but oh well.  This is my post work out meal.  It has 100+g of protein.

Ingredients:
9+ oz. of tuna
12 oz of rigatoni and a few extra noodles when I didn't have enough rigatoni
2 heads of broccoli cut up and steamed
Some parmesan as a little extra flavor
All mixed down with a big glass of OJ

I will post pictures after I cash it.

An owl got it one night.  We had a pin for it to live in outside because its wings weren't fully grown yet. Heard some crazy ass noise on night. Got outside fast enough time to see the owl snatch it.  Sadly the duck fell to its death after the owl realized it was too heavy to take away.
