Dinner pic, from this morning to tonight. Fresh pheasant, seasoned/breaded and fried, with rice, salad & blue-cheese dressing, and milk.

I know the final pic isn't stellar, but hey, my dog found it and I shot it and ate it, so that's gotta be worth something, right?

Could have used the pan drippings to make gravy.

Salad goes on a separate (cold) plate

Bonus points would have been awarded if harvesting weapon was included in plated pic.
