That Caribbean Cowboy sauce is good stuff.  The guy that started the company was at my local Price Chopper selling the stuff one day so I sampled and picked up a couple bottles.

PS once upon a time I used KC Rib Doctor rub...but Kyle's Style BBQ rub is much better, IMO, if you can find it.

PSS what's the little pan of liquid?  Unless you're using a cylindrical style smoker, it won't do you any good.  Water pans are designed to more evenly disperse heat, not add any sort of flavor to the food.

I subscribe to the "dry rub...don't sauce the meat...MAYBE serve it on the side" theory...and I'm from Kansas City where they sauce the shit outta all the BBQ.  Good meat doesn't need a sauce on it...it's just as much of a sin as putting A1 on a steak.

I hate to take a point away for something so easily fixed as beer, but I have to. Yeah, I know there's some good reason, but it needs to be in there for the photograph. Otherwise it's like a Special Olympics pic without little "Billy."
