At the request of Pita_146 here is as close as I could get to the request.  Choice T-bone, cooked medium rare, baked potato with cheese/bacon, side salad with onion, tomato and bacon and home made rolls.









Sloppy work, I know...getting ready to go on vacation.

There is a good char on the outside, but trust me...it's medium rare.

That, to me, is one of the most perfect dinners I've seen on this site.  That is EXACTLY how I like my steak.  The potatoes are just sick looking...I'm extremely impressed.
