Hmm, that's funny, I've never had a problem disassembling the mags for my polymer pistol...

Oh, I got them apart.  I've had a 23 for over 15 years.  I was just adding some +2s to some mags I got today.  Just had to vent.

My G19 mags come apart easy but my G27 mags are a bitch..

stick a pin punch (1/8 in)? into the takedown hole. Push it all the way down to release the retainer plate Lever the baseplate forward. Easy. Learned the technique in the Glock Armorers School.
