The dialogue is just bad, especially the Gideon stuff and he's a great actor. I mean like 90s cartoon supervillain bad.

Did anyone see her (the lady no one will follow unless she has the magic sword) use the force to pull the nope-not-a-light-sabre a couple episodes ago to slay the mecha beast that captured shiny man, or did baby yoda do that for her? Unites teh jedi and mandos as she is a jedi too, some mandos were jedi then at some point long ago, just like the face walkers and the helmet people of mando fractured. Surprised Double Din hasn't subbed on patreon to the orange hair lady's feed for likes and subscribes.

I enjoyed the episode. I guess. I expected a little more.
However, The pirate Mando’s have been on the planet since the purge or whatever they call it, they know where the forge is located but never noticed the imps. They have to be in on it and led them there for the ambush. Also. Grogo knows the skill of force choke. He was willing and able to murder Cara Dune over an arm wrestling match. But sits there like a retard when Din is being wrangled by death troopers. He could have easily forced choked Gideon to death. All they would have needed to do is protect him long enough to crush his esophagus. Game over. I don’t know. I like the series over all. I just want more ass kicking. The first season Mando was blasting people into clouds with his rifle. I want more of that. |

I really don't see how they defeat MGs new army with the numbers they have. I predict a few jedi will have to join the fray. Or the New Republic bails them out. But they are pretty anti-war right now so I don't see that happening. I enjoyed the episode though. |

View Quote I don't watch SW for the dialogue. Better dialogue means better writing and directing. We haven't had that in a theatrical release of SW except for Ep IV, V and Rogue 1. One of the best space combat sequences ever put to film is when they left the anchorage. The very first episode of the series was great. The in-atmo sequences on New Caprica recovering/launching vipers. There was a lot to like in that series, and it kind of went off the deep end and jumped the shark quite a bit towards the end. |
