golfing??
I am golfing today in a fundraising scramble for my Little League and was wondering if I should carry. I put the clothes on I was going to wear and put my CCW in place, and took a few practice swings. It doesnt impede my swing at all so I may do it. My concern is my shirt lifting and my weapon being exposed. I could tuck in my shirt since I have an MTAC, but I think with the twist of my body it will print more. I am of the mind of carrying at all times since you cannot predict an incident. I just do not want to freak out any sheeple I know. Natron |

Yes, but not on me as it screws up my swing. I sewed a holster into one of the side pockets on my bag to hold my pistol. Be careful doing this and never lose sight of your bag. I have heard many stories of money and jewlery disappearing. I know 3 people that have taken their watch off because it screws up their swing. They put it in their golf bag, only to find it missing later. A few things could have happend: 1) fell out while driving around the course 2) those 16 year old pimply faced kids that load the carts know what they are looking for, |

mmmmm, I remember golf. Green grass, sand traps, manicured greens. Maybe spring will come, in my AO it would be snow shoes and oranges balls. Side pocket on a cart bag has plenty of room for an AR. Extra mag can go in the ball pocket. "Mr. Gopher, meet your friend Mr. Squirrel"

yeah but its on in the 60's here. that is cold for us....LOL Enjoy. My wife and daughter were in St Louis last week for my daughters gymnastics competition. They brought my son and I some snow home in a Thermos.... What color ball do you use in the snow? I got a sleeve of camo balls from Cabellas as a gift one Christmas from CarbineKid. I think they would work well. |

Mossberg in the golf bag. With an easily identifiable head cover over the muzzle. Most excellent idea. I carry some odd stuff in my golf bag, but the shotgun just makes sense. AR's, even SKS, don't work real well. Too many controls/mags/sights to snag on the "draw." But the Mossberg is streamlined and, even with chamber empty, quick to get into action. |

This is my solution, but, I use an Ithaca 37 featherlight. The bottom ejection keeps you from spraying empty hulls across the course when others are hitting. |
