Why do dog boxes have seperate compartments for each dog, as opposed to one big compartment and a single door?

Have you ever seen what happens when you open a door and five dogs rush it at once? Plus, it deters any fighting among the dogs and gives them some basic private space to settle down in.

Plus it makes it so much easier to take one dog out at a time. Hunt a dog for a while, circle back, put him/her away so they can get water and some rest, repeat with a different dog or two.

When you catch a hog,  you dont want them in the same compartment as the dogs.  Also if you are hunting hogs,  you want your bay dogs in a seperate compartment from your catch dogs,  you dont want to dump your catch dogs on the ground and tire them out before you have a hog bayed up.
