Searched the archives and to my shock no one here is talking about this man.  He is facing 22 years in prison from a road rage incident where he was shot in the head.  The corrupt sheriffs department pulled up the wrong background check and labeled this man a career criminal not knowing he has over 20 years of experience of being an operator with top secret clearance.  

It’s the same sheriffs office that kept a woman in jail for 3 months for having cotton candy (they thought it was meth).  

Their wrap sheet is huge.

ETA: I read on a news article that he was supposed to have a Trial in August.  Any new updates?  Also, with a person of his pedigree, you think he would have some connections pretty high up the food chain... especially above a Bumfuck County sheriff's office in GA.  Something is smelling weird here in the sniff test ...

I remember that meth case, too. The officer on scene did a field test with a bag of blue cotton candy and called it meth when it turned..... blue.

IIRC the woman had her first grandchild born and another family member die while she sat in Chief Wiggum's jail cell for months on end. Complete shitfuck.

The incident

Fast forward to the afternoon of December 27, 2018. Don had finished work and was on his way home. While driving on Highway 87, Monroe Country, Georgia, he was involved in a road rage incident. He and another driver, William Dale Hindman Jr., had an altercation that resulted in Don being shot in the head by Hindman.

That’s when the travesty began. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) responded to the incident. Don was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Although MCSD had Don’s car plates and retrieved his wallet, which included his driver’s license, they misidentified him for a career felon.

Hindman went to the police station and gave his version of the event, portraying Don as the aggressor and himself as the victim. It’s important to note that Hindman has had a history of violence and a restraining order for domestic violence. The MCSD, having already misidentified Don, went with Hindman’s version of the events even though they hadn’t waited to hear or see any other evidence. As far as the MCSD was concerned, they had their man in Don. And the MCSD Sheriff went on public television with that unprofessional and impromptu verdict.

Don, meanwhile, was fighting for his life in the hospital. And his family was completely unaware of any of that. As the hours passed and Don had yet to return from work, Pam Bradley, his wife, began worrying. Once she finally learned what had happened to Don, she contacted the MCSD, which proceeded to tell her that she couldn’t go near the hospital or she would be arrested. It was only 20 hours after Don had been shot that Pam was able to see him. During this 20-hour period, Don could have died without his loved ones getting the chance to say goodbye, and all because of incompetent cops.

Now Don is facing charges for aggravated assault even though his and his family’s lives have been changed forever because of the incident. The Bradley’s had to relocate to Florida because of how the MCSD was treating them. Speaking about his relocation to the Sunshine State Don said to SOFREP that he and his family “were no longer comfortable with living in Georgia after identifying deputies following my wife (third time confirmed was our breaking point) and with them pulling over and harassing our only employee (three times in a week). So we left.”

UPDATE 11:11 p.m.
MONROE CO., Ga. -- Deputies say the Donald Bradley was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. He's also been charged with aggravated assault in Thursdays Road rage shooting.

MONROE CO., Ga. -- Deputies have named the suspect and victim in Thursday's road rage shooting in Monroe County.
Monroe County Sheriff's Office says Donald L. Bradley is being held at the MCSO and will be charged with Aggravated Assault.
The victim is William Dale Hindman Jr.
Both are white males.
The incident is still under investigation.

ORIGINAL STORY 6:30 p.m.

MONROE CO., Ga. -- One person is in the hospital and another in custody after a shooting and "incident of road rage" in Monroe County Thursday afternoon.
According to Monroe County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. on Highway 87 near Juliette close to the Quick Zip.
Deputies say a male has been transported to the Medical Center Navicent Health. His condition is unknown at this time. A second male has been taken to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies confirm the victim sustained a gunshot wound, saying it was a result of an "incident of road rage."

The case is currently an active investigation.

For those not willing to watch but comment...

Guy is done being a operator.  Living his life any one would.  Guy with a history of violence and abuse shoots Don in the head over a dispute.  Don is unconscious and unable to give a statement for two weeks meanwhile sheriff goes on public TV and says he’s guilty and will be prosecuted because they pull the wrong background check on him and assume he is a career criminal.  Meanwhile within the first 20 hours the department failed to notify the wife her husband was shot.  Says her and her son will be arrested if she tries to see him in the hospital.  Entire family is treated like shit by the department and Don’s name and honorable service history has gone to shit.

They had to sell their house, vehicles, and everything they own to pay for a good attorney just to stay out of jail.

So you have to take time away from eating your donuts and fapping to porn...watch the last 30 minutes.  If that doesn’t make your
Blood boil by watching that then I don’t know what to think of you.

The question is...what actually happened on scene? Sometimes good people do dumb shit. Sometimes shitbags are innocent victims. What does the physical evidence show?

There was literally no investigation.  It was the guys word against the unconscious man’s criminal record that turned out to be the wrong background check.  Typical small hick town department  fuckery

In the video Don says he has statements from the people that were with the guy that shot him to prove he didn’t provoke it.  The department is either really fucking dumb or realize they fucked up and they are riding it out.

Regardless of all of that the Sheriff said on live TV that he was guilty as he was unconscious in the hospital.  Guilty until proven innocent in this case.

Its months old. I've not seen any updates. From what I gather its a complete cluster fuck.

He is a fucking piece of shit who probably deserved what he got. I have listened to a few interviews with him. He is so fucking full of himself. He had a video talking about how he carries ball bearings on his motorcycle and extras in his jacket pocket to throw at vehicle's windshields.

He loves telling the story where he nearly killed their entire group of armed people and that he started growling after the guy slapped him in the face.

Fucking blow hard. I discovered him at least a year or two ago and I 100% believe that he probably instigated that gun fight that he f****** lost.

They deleted the biker video. Basically Sean and Don were talking about what items they like to carry on their bikes to throw at cars. Don bragged about how he carried bearings in multiple places and pockets on his bike. He was really proud of himself.

I even made a post about that video over a year ago. Video is gone. Not surprised. It was called " what spec ops carry on their motorcycles"
