| Anyone else do them? I added them to my back day to go along with hammer curls to finish my biceps. I have to admit, hell of a pump to end my workout. |
If you do them right it really hits your biceps. You won't use your forearms if you keep your wrists back. Also use a little wider then shoulder grip and you should hit the long head of your bicep to help the peak. Added them since hammer curls hit the short head to widen the bicep... I think that's all correct
