I just read a reviewfrom Oct 2009 that stated "The Droid does not support Bluetooth voice dialing." (link)

Yea, I have been going over a bunch of posts there. It seems to be the case that there is not bluetooth voice dialing as of yet.
I know we have a lot of Droid users here. I was hoping this was an launch bug that was fixed with a recent update, but it seems that is not the case. |

It would seem the car is doing the 'heavy lifting' in that case and not the actual droid. Oh well, with the 2-for-1 offer on the Droid I think we can overlook the lack of this feature. |

The Droid is a good phone regardless. You can still voice dial from the handset.
If you load HandCent on it (SMS client) it has a speech to text feature that works really well. I spoke "what is your major malfunction, numbnuts?", and it spelled it all out correctly. It will however replace 'fuck' with ####. lol |
