Does HK not make the USC carbine any longer?

When these first came out, I said I would buy one when I had the money.

Now that I'm out of college and have a real job, I don't see where they offer them on their website anymore.

No new USC carbines or SL8 rifles are being made by H&K.

However, you can usually find one at the EE here or over on Gunbroker.com or AuctionArms.com, albeit at a price higher than they used to sell for.

I've shot both the USC and SL8. The USC was a lot of fun. An AR beats an SL8 any day. I found the position of the mag release on the USC to be somewhat awkward, however, I was shooting a model w/o the grease gun conversion.
