That doesn't mean they didn't do it. How many times have you been arrested? I never have, and most of my friends never have either. Even if you get caught up in some domestic violence action and spend the weekend in the clink, that's one thing. When you can't stop getting arrested for crimes of violence or weapons, that's a pretty unusual problem for decent people to have. |

Last few times hes been arrested for the same shit the girlfriend at the time admitted to making up the whole situation. That usually means he didn't do it. |

But, if you look at his life before the shooting, he wasn't a real rising star. From what I recall and what I've read about him, he seems like a guy who really struggled to get ahead. A jack of all trades, master of none type. I'm not saying he is a bad person. Just the type to never catch his big break in life. He strikes me as the type that would work two or three jobs at a time and still not have two nickels to rub together. The shooting just made his life worse. He never should have had to go to trial. |
