Not everyone gives feedback.
I never check to be honest.
I'm not buying from someone with just a few posts, but as long as they have some posts and it seems reasonable, I've never had an issue.
There are way more good transactions than bad ones.  I bet it's a couple 1000 to 1 or more.

And nobody, I mean nobody, is shipping before payment is received if that's what you are asking.

I'll admit I've never looked, but I have been sure to document carefully (both for CYA purposes as well as for ensuring the proof of purchase is clear). I've never had a problem.

Heck, I'm waiting on two rifles as I type.
