so far today, I have heard an EMERGENCY TEST ALERT on the radio, TV, and now via the School's emergency alert texting system. Is anyone else hearing a lot of "Test" alerts today? I guess there will be more tests tomorrow leading up to 9/11. Edit: as I typed the OP, I got an email emergency test alert too. |

I think I'll toss an AR and seven 30 round mags in the truck for tomorrow. Might as well. Quoted:

Its Fo time. You mean you don't carry that daily? I've got my RRA Operator and 360rds of green tip on the door - as well as a "if I have to move away from the vehicle" bag with 150rds of greentip and a M83 TA grenade inside of it - with me wherever I go... Wait... that's normal right?

Yup. We had a test of our college alert system this morning and just had a fire alarm in our building during class. Not sure if the second was planned or not. The FD came out with 5 trucks.
I noticed, on the way in, what appeared to be a drone, unless my eyes were playing tricks on me. I guess I could have misjudged the distance. I'm not aware of any local LEAs that have drones. |
