FUCK NO Everyone aged 45-65 LOVES YANNI in South Florida. Boca, Coral Springs, Ft Laud, Miami...fucking YANNI. EVERYONE. |

Lol! My first exposure to Yanni was B&B https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vy3S4hvdlvE |

When we laid our son down to sleep he would cry and raise hell. We put the crib beside our bed and play ENYA Orinoco Flow and i would rock it with my foot.
That was good for him, he would fuss a little. I played Tom Waits " Bone Machine" and he would go to sleep quicker. Cant be for sure which worked better but i like both and he grew up and majored in music. |

It's my hands down all time favorite song by (or rather, sung by) Enya. It is, quite frankly, a masterpiece. Thanks, 'ne of my favorites by her.. Now I'm crying like a little girl. |

I see your Enya and raise you an Enigma... BTW, there isn't a fucking thing wrong with liking music that is relaxing. Throughout the course of a day I will probably sample stuff from metal, classic rock, country, classical and everything in between. My music tastes change like my mood and often reflect my mood. Followed up immediately with this awesome piece of music....

Yes, I like Enya. I also find it curious that I am not the only one who associates Enya to Enigma, and particularly to that song.
Another Enigma song

Totally tagging this thread since I can't view/listen right now.
My musical tastes have been getting very diverse lately. In the past few days I've listened to ABACABB, Sevendust, Dido, Dave Matthews Band, Norah Jones, Sneaker Pimps, Audioslave, and All That Remains - it still hasn't touched all the genres in my collection. |
