Atrocious movie. Rent it only if you must. The glaring innacuracies make it nearly unwatchable. Matt |
ok, I was planning on going and seeing this tommorrow. But now I have doubts. OP please give me a quick rundown of some of your fav movies so I can see if we share tastes or if we like different things. |
I have seen eagle eye twice, except the first time it was called WALLE (Bad robots, evil computers trying to control humans , you know what i'm talking about)AND WALLE was ten times more entertaining. Save the $$ and the 2 hours and surf arfcom. On a positive note, I scared a much of high school kids and their parents at the range the other day with my "loud and obnoxious" Mosin. No one appreciates bolt action beauty anymore. but seriously don't go see Eagle Eye |
With what I have seen in the previews it may end up being a kickass Bluray (picture quality/sound quality) on the right system, but not worth the bucks to see it in the theater. |

Subtle liberal brainwashing. Sad to say I took my younger bros to see it. I had to spend an hour explaining how the US president cant put the nation at risk simply based on a 49% chance he could be wrong. It’s the same old crap that’s in 8 out of 10 movies now. The ultimate bad guy is America…more specifically white American males. |
You should just tell your brothers movies are make believe and outside of crap like Michael Moore's movies usually don't have secret agendas. |

ok, here i am to put in my thoughtless movie reply.
meaning, lately i do my very best not to pick up on the directors little political / religious beliefs placed in the movie. because of the reviews here, i refused to watch this movie, until tonight when there wasnt anything else to rent. i thought it was VERY creative, and well written with all the phone calls, messages, morse code ( ethans phone ) and the timing of everything. action packed the whole way through. lots of parts made me laugh and think "hell yeah" it kept me guessing from start to finish. i really liked it. |

Quoted: Just finished myself and I have to agree...the Reaper scenes were incredible, and ending was very impressive...ok, here i am to put in my thoughtless movie reply. meaning, lately i do my very best not to pick up on the directors little political / religious beliefs placed in the movie. because of the reviews here, i refused to watch this movie, until tonight when there wasnt anything else to rent. i thought it was VERY creative, and well written with all the phone calls, messages, morse code ( ethans phone ) and the timing of everything. action packed the whole way through. lots of parts made me laugh and think "hell yeah" it kept me guessing from start to finish. i really liked it. I always see Shia Labeouf as the kid in Even Stevens, and still saw him the same way in Transformers. Damn this movie shined him in a whole new light to me, though!! |

anyone else agree with the computer? I felt that if we were to the point that we had a computer like that then it was time to do what the computer wanted I liked the fact that the computer believed in the Consitution unlike most politicians running the nation today. |
