I listed my phone on ebay earlier tonight and some guy bought it using buy it now within about 30 minutes.
He has no feedback, and is no longer a registered ebay user.
He bought it, then asked a question about it.  He said it was for his sons birthday, like many of the scams going on on craigslist. I'm spooked.
Should I tell him to FOAD & pound sand or what?

I really don't want to get fucked by ebay.
Thanks guys.

He apparently was a member before he purchased it.
Afterward he used the buy it now, he asked a question 5 minutes later asking "i will like to know the current condition of your phone cause am buying it for my son as a birthday gift so get back to me as soon as possible thanks"

Now he is no longer a registered user of ebay. It makes me suspicious as it is very poor English & I don't feel like sending him my phone & getting nothing in return. Even the paypal scammers on craigslist are asking to pay via paypal now.

Well, if he's no longer an ebay member, he can't leave negative feedback, can he? If that's the case, I would probably just relist it. Or, not list it as the case may be, since ebay seems to be on a mission to cause problems for sellers...
