[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Email Change Problem

I changed my email address and apparently was supposed to get a temporary password at the new email address. It never happened, so now I can't sign out or it will be permanent lockout! The email address is good, and I did it several times with the same result. Anybody got any ideas?

I could really use some help here. I registered a new account, and received the password at a different email account. I then tried to change the email address on the new account and the same thing happened.

Well, the plot thickens! I called my ISP/web hosting outfit and got them to look through their error logs. It seems that when the email arrives, the following error occurs:

2009-03-25 13:20:31 unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP command from host-69-95-2-66.roc.choiceone.net (mail.ar15.com) [69.95.2.66] (error: Connection reset by peer)

Now what?
