| I need to get proof of employment along with what my duties were from a former private sector employer in the state of washington. They are dragging their feet saying they will get to my request when they can. I provided them a letter stating my employment dates and what my job was to make it easier for them. Any federal or state law that requires they provide employment verification in a reasonable amount of time? |

It would seem odd to require an employer under penalty of law to do that. |
