Has anyone tried Eric Wong's http://www.shoulderflexibilitysolution.com/ ?

It was an ad on facebook but I took the test and read the website and it seems legit. For $37 I'm thinking of buying it. I have rounded shoulders according to the test. Any opinions or options for a free solution ?

Batwings.  (it's an Dan John exercise, build your back your shoulders fall back into place)

stop doing horizontal push

do more pull and more vertical push.

For $37 maybe. I checked out the website and I saw $67.

But TONS of good videos on youtube on the subject. For instance, for rounded shoulders, get a yoga band or just a couple belts together and do this exercise...

But yes, there are a ton of resources on youtube from everyone from crossfit coaches, yoga people, chiro docs, physical therapists etc etc.

I would look there first.

Great to hear! Happy to help. I have issues with forward head posture from years of working on computers. I watch videos constantly for exercises to help. Tons of free info out there.
