Sorry I dont know what a section break is... But Im not sure if you tried google or not..  

But you may want to try these, although some use section/page breaks interchangeably it seems

Section breaks appear in Word, not Excel.

You can insert page breaks.

If you want to enter more rows:

Highlight the row above which you want to insert breaks (more rows), click "Insert" on the toolbar and click "insert rows".  If you highlight one row, one row will be inserted, if you highlight three rows, three rows will be inserted.

As an option, you can highight rows, right click the mouse and click "insert" instead of using the toolbar.
