So every morning on my way to work (near the airport) I pass by several billboards.
A new one went up recently... Imagine you are driving down this major route to the airport , and following the conveniently placed signs (such as this one). 
So you look towards where the sign is pointing and see a billboard with a plane on it... 
hmm whats that? its not in the air! 
HOLY FUCK ITS IN THE WATER. I hope you aren't afraid of flying if you take that route to the airport, might be slightly unsettling, despite the message. A co-worker and I had a good laugh about its placement though. |

After seeing these and the TV commercials I was a little upset, because I assumed such an endeavor was most likely publicly funded.
They claim that they are 100% privately funded when I looked into it however. I just don't see the point 
That same billboard is in Wichita KS as well, not right by the airport though.
