Our bass lines for the PAT test are as follows.... 1.5 miles in less than 15 minutes....... Push ups till failure...minumum of 28.... Sit-ups in 60 seconds..minimum 35.... 200 yard sprint ..minimum time is 40 seconds, and then enter agility course, pass through a window, climb a 6 ft wall, drag a 160 lb dummy 50 ft,, then enter a coned off course and handcuff a perp in less that a total time of 3 minutes.. I started offically training today.... 1.5 miles in 12 min flat Push-ups ...40 sit-up in 60 seconds 38.. I dont think I did to bad for a out of shape 34 year old!! |
