Might as well feed the ARFcom... http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2011/06/15/wrong-home-raided-in-bellevue/ BELLEVUE (KDKA) — A Bellevue man says the FBI, armed with assault rifles, stormed into his house. They were apparently looking for someone who does not live there. Now the family is filing a lawsuit. Federal agents kicked in the doors around 5:30 a.m. in March. According to the lawsuit, 10 members of the Adams family suddenly heard breaking glass and wood and a lot of screaming... ..."If I would have had a gun, I would have came downstairs shooting,” Gary Adams said. "They all had their faces covered. I didn’t know what was going on. "I would’ve started shooting and then I would be dead and probably seven or eight … members of my family would be dead.”... More at LINK. It should be noted the guy they were looking for hadn't lived there for 2 years and is now living in California. |

Well the homeowner wasn't doing anything wrong so he's got nothing to worry about. Right? Right guys?!?!? The homeowner was raided by the FBI. So they obviously had some something. The fed's don't just raid folks unless they have a good reason. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

When you have immunity, no big deal if you're wrong This is a big part of it. If there were some consequence to being wrong, maybe they could take the time to get their shit in order before sending in a raid team. We don't allow military personnel in overseas war zones to get away with this, why is it ok to do it to American citizens?!?! I think the ONLY way this is going to come under control is via the judiciary, exercising some standards when it comes to warrants instead of just signing off on anything. Checks and balances are failing us here. |

Shit, lifetime appointment to the bench, why worry about the details? |

"If I would have had a gun, I would have came downstairs shooting,” Gary Adams said. "They all had their faces covered. I didn’t know what was going on." "I would’ve started shooting and then I would be dead and probably seven or eight … members of my family would be dead.”... Quite possibly, and all quite 'legal' I'm afraid. |

The lawsuit indicated the feds were after a drug suspect who hasn’t lived in the home for two years and moved out before the Adams family ever moved in.
Another victory in the War on SOME Drugs. Remember, there are freedom loving Arfcomers don't mind having the government deciding which drugs they can and can't use. Not all drugs are bad... We need the government to tell us which is which. |

It should be noted the guy they were looking for hadn't lived there for 2 years and is now living in California. Sounds like they got the right home then.

Since it would be fair to say that the men involved in SWAT operations are men created in god's image, then if the homeowner, or any members of his family, had been shot dead, well, that could only mean that they were needed in Heaven more than on Earth. Or, so I've been told. |
